The Duck - Part 3

Dinner and the rest of the evening passed without incident. The following morning those who were aware of what had been done were anxious to find out the reaction to the little prank. Frankly, it was less than spectacular. The response was basically a non-response. Although there was at least an acknowledgment.
The balance of the day, a Saturday, was taken up with meetings... what else? By 4:00pm everyone was looking forward to an opportunity to relax and enjoy a libation or two at another hospitality hosted by the very same DG and SPSO who'd endured the antics of the previous evening. Would there be a follow up?
If anything there were even more folks there this evening than on the previous. There were plenty of beverages and food those in attendance. There were groups of folks scattered cramped in every part of the rooms, balcony and even into the hallway outside.
There was some discussion among the conspirators of the evening before as to what can we do to top the previous incident.
