We arrived at the convention hotel early enough that we were able to attend the Council of Governors Meeting. I was reminded almost immediately of two of my pet peeves. Both have to do with individuals who make reports at such meetings.
The first is the person who provides a written report and then proceeds to read it to everyone.
The second is the one who uses PowerPoint and reads what's on the screen to everyone.
