Why should it be any different here?

I have perused the usual sites on the clickyweb this morning and scan the local rag and have found that, despite the fact that the really big news is that GM is making a big announcement Jon and Kate are being investigated by the State of Pennsylvania for possible violation of child labor laws, most outlets are more concerned about the Egyptian man who cut off his own penis permanently damaged his manhood because his family refused to allow him to marry the girl of his choice.
