Going to the Weaverville Lions Club's 50th Anniversary this evening. But before that the convention committee is meeting for an evaluation of the recent district convention... that should be fun.
Actually it was my idea. it's something we've never formally done before. In the past it has only been second guessing and Monday morning quarterbacking. My only complaint is that we should do it sooner after the convention... maybe even on site before going home?
The idea is to determine what went well, what we'd like to improve upon and where we can eliminate unnecessary stuff.
