Again ...with another view from "the hill"
When leaving on Tuesday I took a moment to glance toward the hillside across from the hospital's parking structure.
This time of year, after it finally rains, everything turns green.
It would almost be beautiful if it weren't for the number of folks living there without the benefit of a physical residence.
Look just a little right of center [it helps to enlarge the image].
You can see a relatively large homeless camp.
Elsewhere in the photo you may see trash.

Both homeless people and trash (litter, rubbish) seem to be universal problems. As is graffiti.
