Really... we're back on this blog again... when out an about. It's not Facebook ...that's a good thing. It probably Maybe it means I can leave the laptop at home.
That puppy had five engines and was about a mile and a half long. It took more than five minutes to clear the crossings because it was taking its own sweet time.
The only drawback to those horns is they're required to sound them before each grade crossing no matter what time of day it is. Here we have two major crossings and two obscure (like dirt roads that nobody uses even in the day time). So imagine about 40 trains or more each day (and night) sounding the horn four times as it rolls through town
Can you feel the ground shake?
Yeah! I waited long enough. Now I see the train, and the ground IS shaking. It probably isn't the train.
