About those structures
They are water treatment inlet structures for the water supply in the city.
The smaller is no longer in use. Those boat are finishing for winter run Chinook Salmon.
The larger one is currently in use. The shapes on the structure have some artistic significance
Do they really catch many salmon here, I wonder?
