Whiskeytown Lake
If you look closely, you'll see that this picture is almost ten years old. But this is where we are today and I didn't have a newer picture.
Those folks in the picture are friends from Michigan, who we took on the grand tour of Northern California back then. They flew home just before 9/11

I love that name! A glance at a map shows that I must have passed by this lake on the way from Anderson to Eureka, but I can't say I recall doing so.
ReplyDeleteYes, you certainly must have. Then again there's so much delightful scenery along Hwy. 299 that you may have just forgotten.
