North state dodges heavy Calif. rainfall
I wonder if the headline writer stopped to think about what that implies. Yes, we are indeed in an active seismic zone. The ground does shake and move on occasion.
Well, I think you can get the drift of what I am saying?

Anyway, we had about .79 inches of rain in a 48 hour period. That wouldn't even normally rate a mention outside of the weather page, except that south of us... where it is usually drier ...they were getting upwards of 2 inches a day.

Hmmmmm. They have more and bigger earthquakes too.
