Minor Irritation

I have a prescription which is renewed monthly.
Originally I received reminders via email that I found to be quite convenient because I could set up when I wanted to pick up the prescription.
Then the major drug store chain I was using was purchased by an even bigger drug store chain.
The new company does reminders by telephone... automated phone calls by a computer that not only mispronounces my name (first and last), but also invariably calls during the dinner hour.
To top it all off, this month the machine called on Christmas Eve.
