Yes, I have a Facebook account. I use it mostly for lurking. I do comment, usually with my tongue planted firmly in my cheek.
No, I am not Uncle Skip on FB. I don't use my given name either.
If you find me there, I might friend you, but probably not because I can't keep up with what's going on now.
I honestly think that there are some folks who live on FB.
About the only place that seems busier... and more insane ...than FB might be Dave Barry's blog.


Oh, and it's reading blogs that keeps me away from Facebook.
