Update

Regular readers of this blog know that there is no rhyme or reason to how I post, other than this blog may appear a little more sane than that other one over there. Consequently both blogs contain information about my current dental adventures. Worse, none of the posts are labeled as dental adventures [or even human suffering?]. Suffice it to say that instead of having lunch today, I had the balance of the teeth that were left removed and both a full upper and lower were inserted in their place.
I am quite aggravated that the only thing I have to complain about is that I will probably go to bed just a little hungry tonight.
Let it further be said that there must be something else truly wrong with me. A year ago last March when the nerve surgery was done on my elbow I was prescribed 30 tablets of a pain medication. Then at the end of June when the fusion was done I was prescribed 30 more. Since then I have had all of my teeth pulled and I still have 59 of those 60 pills. All I can think is, "What a waste."

  1. That's a bit like the anti-inflammatory tablets I have been prescribed. Two a day, the doc said, and gave me a prescription for a month's supply, the prescription to be automatically renewed after a month. I now find that a month's supply lasts me at least a year. I just hate taking drugs unless it is really necessary.
